I don't remember my natural hair color. I started to go gray at 17 and have dyed my hair ever since. It is just something I prefer to do. On some men and women, gray hair looks stunning, on others (such as myself) not so wonderful.
I think male writers tend to be more logical and precise and mainly stay towards "logical fiction" writing. Although a few that move out of that genre (if it can be called that) are: Robert Heinlein (controversial writer and yet very pro woman), Lawrence Sanders (McNally Seriers), Piers Anthony (Xanth Novels).
Female writers tend to be more emotionally based, I think but some female authors are very "logical."
I prefer sci-fi/fantasy and historical novels and thoroughly detest "romance" novels.
I think everyone lies to some degree, whether they think they do or not. I guess it depends on how often and why a person feels the need to lie that determines if they are worth being in a relationship or not.
But that is your description of yourself Still; it almost matches my description of myself but I know that I don't actually come across that way to others. You don't either....
I don't believe "nice men" are to find. It is usually a preconceived notion that there are no "nice men." Sometimes, we just close our eyes and hearts to those that would be what we need/want in our lives.
I think that can be viewed another way. If someone lives within their means (does not outspend what they earn); chances are that they are satisfied with their lives and do not worry about money.
Those who pursue riches are those, I have found, that complain more about those who do and do not pay their so-called "rightful" taxes.
