i used to feel like you.. the fear of rejection scared the life outta me and the whole thing of thinking there 2 good 4 me..and people fpund it weird since im a loud out going person..
i cant ring people either.. if people ring me i rarely answer.. could be a reason why im unemployed.. just cant pick up the phone.. guessing its another confidence thing..
but my advice would be the worst thing they can say is no..
i guess its confidence bulilding.. ya its all good saying it but doing it is the question before i was found (yeah he made first contact) i used to do stuff 2 pass the time like send about 5-10 emails r flowers to men that i thought i could connect with..
well i say i got like 3 replies so gave up on that.. used bug me when they read them and just deleted them thats another thing women and men have the thing of telling someone they aint interested if there persued on this..
so in my opinion online dating is best for you if u find it easier, to use technology to teel women you like them.. can build your self esteem hopefully..
you find public speaking easy to you as im guessing its a talent of yours aswell as acting.. if your involved in it like, it comes natural.. but the difference then is promoting yourself in a different atrraction way..

also godsgift that was great advice but i was acknowleged that my alcohol issues werent out of control.. and that i dont need addiction counselling... just i drank for the wrong reasons and ive stopped now

hate muscley bodies.. perfer a cushy type :) i guess it depends on how the womans physique is 2.. may feel vulnerable for not been in shape themselves..
also the discipline of body builders not eating this not drinking that.. spends all free time in the gym n gains an obnoxious ego (in some cases)
i like what i eat n if he felt the need 2 tell me i shouldnt be eating that r watever id rather enjoy what i eat then calorie count n whatever
can kinda relate 2 u there with the dad situation havent proved him wrong yet tho..
what bugs me lately is people in college n just others belittling me coz im from a rough part of cork.. it bugs me wen we all get sweeped with the same brush so 2 speak
