Ordinarily a virus, in common with every other life form, will mutate ( make changes or adaptations to itself ) in order to ensure it's own survival. Rodents ( for example ) were targetted for annihilation using WARFARIN and the plan was that all rodents would die because the thinned blood would result in internal bleeding ... but NO ... rodents have intelligence and in quite a short number of years they mutated ( modified themselves ) to deal with this new threat and now we have 'Super Rodents' who not only are immune from Warfarin Poisoning they actually use it as food !

What's 'novel' about this Corvid 19 is that it's not a mutation (self modification) of a previous virus to ensure it's own survival - instead it's completely 'new' (novel) and as well as attaching itself to grow in the respiratory system I read (in early reports now gone from the net ) that this one also 'attacks' the renal system (kidneys)

Some scientists are suggesting that may point to a genetical modified designer virus while others have speculated that this was 'designed' to inflict havoc on people of Non American genealogy. Trumps early announcements that 'Americans have nothing to fear...' has been taken by many as an indication that this was indeed a US plot to do harm to China. Keeping suppressed until last week that the US had had military personnel in China (in fact IN Wuhan where the outbreak began ) has led to the reasonable speculation by China (and others) that the virus was introduced by persons from the US ( as it's now known that C 19 was present in the US population before that but had not been identified as the 'usual' flu season ordinarlily takes up to 27,000 American lives.

But looking at Trumps words 'Americans have nothing to fear...' kinda puts the US under the spotlight ...

Yes, of course C19 will mutate ... the reasons why are too many and too long to expand upon here, but anyone who understand '12th Monkey Effect' and who recognises that even tiny life forms such as bacteria and viruses mutate / modify themselves for their own continued survival will also understand that this is why flu vaccines are largely ineffective ... what worked on LAST years virus will unlikely have much effect on THIS years mutated strain ...

Who pays for everything in the USA ... it's the increasing number of rank and file poor 'ordinary' Americans - the descendants of those who, in the 1950's and on failed to keep their politicians and the MIC on a tight leash and fell into the deep slumber required to wake with 'The American Dream'

Well, I'm glad you can see this - you've fought ne tooth n nail previously when I pointed out US dependency in threads debating the collusion between US Govt and Corporates to 'export jobs' from the US to low wage economies. So far as 'critical to national defence' well, the DoD (two years ago?) stated that there were hundreds of such 'critical items' that were being imported and for which the US did not have any native manufacturing capability. Similarly with rare earth minerals ... US DID have an industry and ran it down in favour of cheaper imports ... gonna take billions to resurrect and a ten years time span to become effective!
Short term thinking ... a dollar right now and to heck with tomorrow ?
