I would guess its not all down to reporting

I was online one night a few weeks ago and while viewing males online at that time i saw the Moderators profile as "online".SOOOO...I guess the Mods are amongst us most of the time.

I imagine it was the fact that the bannings were discussed in the ORIGINAL so thread that lead to its removal...might not look good for any potential newbies imo.

Yep,had it happen only last week.

Got a lovely mail from someone with a foreign abode but said they were living in a specific place in Mayo..

During the course of conversation i said i wouldnt normally reply to mail from foreign countries so he changed his address on profile but put it as the place that i KNOW is in Mayo as being in Roscommon

I mean surely he knows his own address

I dont have any problem with you Sal but i didnt drag up anything,YOU did as far as i can see this isnt the only time you have mentioned "old members returning to cause trouble" but strangely you have only began saying that SINCE Envy left.And you omitted the present situation of urbuddy having two profiles.

I dont wish to drag up that night but in reply to your comment re a missunderstanding all i will say is what ive said before here .Laughing at something posted on here with the intent to ridicule and hurt someone just to "fit in" with the clan is SAD.

I understand you when you say you could judge a person totally wrong here but over time you will have a better idea/insight into the person from their posts..that is if you are generally speaking about forum users

Re your first point of the face to face in a pub.
The idea of a dating site imo is to chat & arrange to MEET face to face if you both agree.

Meeting in a pub or meeting online imo,does it really matter??

Sad thing is,if its in a man to beat or hit a woman...its IN HIM..FOR LIFE!!

A friend of mine was married to a guy like this for 5 years with 3 daughters.

After they divorced he went to the UK..
Over the next 10 years he married 2 more women & did the same to both women.

When his 3 daughters reached 18 they went to seek out their "daddy"

Guess what??
Over time he also physically attacked them too.

So,dont waste your time trying to explain to someone that its wrong when they think its right.

Well at least you & Annie can rest assured you have your priorities in order
Going out nowadays is a waste of time imo anyways as everyone is in the same boat,even those of us that are working..there is SFA in the pubs (except uno & his dole pals )

I rather save what i would spend on nights out & go on holidays every few months.Thats my social life.

So for those of us that dont go out socialising much, online dating site are good,even for interacting with people & making friends.
Sure uno uses this site for exactly that during the week & to rise the hell outa some people so it has its purpose for him too.

You know Baldy, i always "admired"(fancied) you from a distance by just reading your posts on here

Am a tad disappointed to see you take take the mick out of Envy..a LADY!!in my eyes may i add.

I dont post often in the forums but read them..the reason i dont post is because of the clanish behaviour (others here refer to this as "clique)

I was disgusted to read the first Dates thread & see people Envy regarded as decent people laugh at her expense just to be accepted part of this "clan"(clique)

I could go into the he said/she said but whats the point?
All i will say is from what i have read from Envy she is a lady...
