Yeah...so its huge tension between the desire to love and be loved, and the fear of intimacy and getting re hurt.
I personally believe that if we could be more fearless about loving, we could find many people among us, maybe even like right in front of us (and on this site) whom are lovable and that we could love at least on some level, if we were really willing to be open and less defended.
I've heard some people say that it's not even really 50/50 mutuality, but its gotta b 100 / 100, for it to be really amazing.
Anyways, that's what I think. Lots of really good points in this thread...
Hey Sakineh, You sound like you are very ready to see positive things, or anything else if you want to :) You can try this, just for fun...its easy.
Anytime you find your mind quiet, or you make it quiet on purpose... just ask that quiet part of yourself something fun, or generic, like "show me the most interesting person that I will see today...", or "show me the color of the shirt, on the next person I see...", "what is important for me to know, today...?"
Just poise that question, and then go quiet and see what shows up on the inbox in your mind :) Don't force it, just wait and see what shows up. You could see something, feel it, hear it or just know it. The hard part is keeping your mind quiet while the info is being dropped into your "in" box. This is an easy and user friendly way to "play" with this stuff. Best wishes

I've had a few of those NDE's and lots PSY stuff, some from training and a lot from just going inward with meditation, and such things. I'm pretty much an empath...that took a while to sort out, and most of the time I have a handle on it- but for a while, it was sort of a rocky road for sure.
This stuff is hard to prove, especially the mechanics of all this stuff, but for sure, the way to find out about it, if a person wants to, is to pursue the experiencing of these things. Lots of training available, so people can have their own experiences of this PSY and spiritual realms. And you, I have that "feeling", that you are sort of an empath...right?
Hey, you're sure welcome on the book idea . I would mention also that since the topic in this thread was about attracting a woman, just wanna make the distinction between the sort of man that women are attracted to, compared to the man that a woman will choose to be her partner.
As an example, most of the times when a woman would run off to have an affair let's say,the sort of man that makes a woman wanna do stuff that maybe she wouldn't ordinarily do, that person is not gonna be the same one that she'll choose to marry, usually.
Some of the attributes that can make a man look very attractive, are not necessarily attributes they're gonna make him a good choice for a long term relationship. Of course, that's not always the case, but there's difference there. Two different choices.
What gets a woman all hot, and excitamated for a guy (yes I made that up) Is NOT what makes her want to nest and cook dinner for the family, generally speaking that is. That's how it seems to me anyways. Best wishes to you...
Check out the book "Dangerous men and adventurous women". It's a very interesting and informative book about the types of men, and the psychology of the women who are attracted to these men. It's pretty simple, and it makes a lot of sense...it's a good read for men, and women too, but especially for men who are trying to make some sense out of this, 'not like I'm such the expert or anything -lol, but it is a good book.
