Hi, Saralee..To be honest appearance is very important. When we watch movies, read novels, if the characters in the movies or in the novels are beautiful or handsome, more people will like it. We are all attracted by the appearance at the first sight. It is a sad thing for us who are not so perfect...
But don't be very sad because those men are not so perfect..those guys have all kinds of flaws too. I used to feel sad because of my flaws, but now i just think that if he really likes you, he will accept your flaws. They will not pretend to be unable to see your flaws, they know clearly your flaws, but they accept your flaws with a big heart.
oh he is unpractical illusion.. many things are unreal on the internet. only emails and flowers and sweet words and promises on the internet can not be called love!
on one hand, worked hard. on the other hand, enjoyed the feelings while being with your lovers...that's the most beautiful times in my life when i was in high school...
i can't imagine why boys at your age are so eager to love or girlfriends...
i think the most important you should do is not to find a girlfriend. the most important you should do is to improve yourself...sorry for the language barriers.. i didn't mean that you should improve your appearance, i mean, you should find a job, or go to college to learn something, or to find something to do to make your life better...
boys around me, when they were at your age, studied hard in school or in universities. and now they work hard... yes they would still think of girls but study, job are more important!!
do you like to be crowded by dozens of girls? do you like to get dozens of messages or flowers??? will that make you not so lonely?? is it a good thing to be the spotlight?
oh i thought things would be different in the west...but what you said here is
if i turn 30 but still single, things will be in a mess..as you said, rumours spread. parents worry. relatives gossip. friends pity you. they might not say you are lesbians, but they will say that you have no charm and no men want you.
it will be much better to catch a husband at young age..that' my opinion..i don't think men will like old women.
but now more and more women are single when they are 30.
