it is a program that is used to make projects and documentation...
i'm not very familiar with it, though i have translated some files generated by this program, but i only overwrite the text that is placed near the designs...therefore, i wouldn't be able to help you in drawing...but usually, if you read carefully the "help" section that each program has buin-in, you will be able to do basic things which will allow you to practise...
the problem is this software is really expensive...
that would mean that your sister's cat has the same name as the cat of Holly Golightly, the adorable (and memorable) character of Breakfast at Tiffany's (novel and movie)...
