I remember so well. I would be typing so fast and still couldn't keep up. Found myself staying up just to bs with everyone I always heard that this place goes in circles. Yet for that time it has never been quite like that again. Seeing Big Johns name reminded me of some of the crazy threads like 50 things to do naked he was the op that is why I thought of it. Or just simply the flirt thread. Sadly it seems flirting has taken a backseat to arguing and politics here. Thank you for coming back and reminding me what it use to be like. I have actually been spending a little more time on here than usual.

Actually in my first comment I had mentioned it has taken away from the awareness he said he was seeking and put it on everything but that. Which is a shame because before this it was finally getting some attention. Now I can only speak what I am seeing going on here in the states. Ireland might be more aware. But I am not sure your awareness will actually help

Now the awareness has shifted to does he have the right. Blah blah blah. But sadly not to the reason he was doing it

Also everyone has an opinion on this. And of course not all are going to agree with me so even if you did defend him it would be ok. And I imagine some could care less about it. It will blow over and a new horror will arise for us to traumatize over, Got to keep our little minds occupied where we will not look and see what the bunch of crooks our government officials are up to

It is his right to do so. It is also my right to find it disrespectful. Also kind of self serving on his part. What he has done is bring attention away from what he said was his cause and put it else where and some on him. Usually when one wants to take a stand on something they do it in a positive way. I think he is someone who wants attention and now he has it.....at least for a short while. He will fade away out of the spot light most likely not to be heard of again. Sad really because before this there was becoming a public out cry about what was going on. Now you don't hear about that as much.

I miss a lot of the peeps also. Some I can remember their pics but not their user names. There was a lady who got her hands burned real bad only heard from her a couple of times after that. I often think of her and hope she healed good. Her name started with a J. I have met a few but they to my knowledge are not on here anymore tho a couple of them still have accounts. I am blessed to have met some of the women and the men. Most would be passing thru my way and I lucked up. Have a great day.

Good luck with your search. I can relate at being cautious about scammers. First guy that ever contacted me I thought was a scammer he was young and from Kenya. We are still in touch with each other all these years later. Right now he is in the United States (not with me) looking for work I believe in Texas. And I have learned actually he is just a really nice young man trying to make his way through life and I wish him all the best on his journey. I for some reason just can not ever picture myself with a man a lot younger than me. We can call it preference.

First time I sent something there I got so upset by the time delay I asked the post master if it had to walk and swim there. WTH

Someone mentioned even a five year old can rap and yes, I also have heard a lot of children sing different types of music beautifully.
And yes like most music and art it is an outlet for emotions quite often. Thank goodness for an outlet. Some baggage in life is to heavy to carry.

I do believe it is like most things beauty is in the eye of the beholder. As a young girl I spent summers with my grandparents. They lived on the out skirts of a reservation. I remember falling to sleep to the sounds of tribal music and prayers. I found it very soothing where early settlers must of found it frightening and different. Isn't the world an awesome concoction of differences. So I guess you will not be dancing with me to ice ice baby

Awe thank you. I was thrilled to find it. But I think my head has shrank. It seems a little bigger
