Being really serious here Jimmy51A Have you ever met someone and your gut told you there was something not quite right with that person and you could not put your finger on exactly what that was. But yet you had the urge to run like hell from them? My gut usually speaks the truth. I don't want to bring unhappiness in my life. I must choose who I bring in my life wisely. 
Sometimes you just gotta throw politeness and manners out the window. And how are things going in your life? 
don't take that wrong. Online relationships are good. They are fun. They are a chance to get to know the outer layers of a person. It is kind of a preliminary to dating in todays world. Then most reach a point where it is time to take the next step. And lucky you it sounds like yours will be meeting in person. And Tom for what it is worth my gut tells me she is a very kind person. Sadly it doesn't tell me if you are a match 
) just an opportunity to meet and take it from there. And give each other hug for me. 
It just boggles my mind in life Serene how people can just use blanket assumptions like that. My Dad would of had a fit when I was growing up if I had of done that. And then I would of had to listen about how every body is different. For what would seem like forever.

Just wanted you to know you are not alone on this.
Yet when I read your situation it made me think of a friend of mine who lost her legs a while back and she still has pain in them. I don't know why this would not apply to teeth also. It is called phantom limb syndrome. This is the link to tell you a little about it. So basically it has two and a half wheels. 
So all is safe
