Sure what details do you require. The Management company I have only take care of Dublin properties anbd most of the properties they manage were built by Liam Carroll. The claening staff etc that they use are employees of the Management company which ensures they can maintain a good level of service.
The developers will only be still on board if they still own some car spaces or if they have not transferred the common areas over to the redisdents and the management company. The person who has had her clamped, does she own or rent?. If she rents its up to her landlord to pay the management fees and they can't clamp her car or block up and repaint her car space because she might have no idea that the management fees are not paid.
In the apartment that I am in, I pay my management fees every 6 months and my guys do a great job. They come in and clean the garden and common areas once a week as well as putting the bins out to be emptied. They also came in yesterday and gritted our footpaths and celamed any snow and ice of the areas the cars drive on. They are also contactanle 24 7 and thats great to know. I think its time that you changed your management company as it looks like people won't pay for work that is not being done.
One more question how quick are the management company in responding to an emergency. Say for example the gate broke and cars could not get out?.

Your neighbour should be shopped to the authorities. They booked their trip well in advance and so they should have got a child minder arranged or have them left with relatives. Now that it looks like schools will be closed till Monday what will the kids do?. Also would you feel safe leaving kids home alone with cookers etc. I would be worried in case they burnt the place down.
They do not deserve to be parents. How come it can be easier to be a parent than own a dog?.
