is it right to have bad feelings towards these people??? if one kills a person do they get all labeled as a killer, too me one bad apple on the tree does not mean the whole tree is bad

What is your spiritual perspective on healing?

i have learnt that feelings are like diffrent channels on t.v we choose which to watch at any given time. A long time ago i lost control of my emotions, but now just like a remote control i can put any emotion on and feel it through the power of ''control'' of the mind like a captain of a ship.
