I will say this though ....... those people who drink warm water are a much better looking type of person than those who drink alcohol,tea,coffee!!!!!

You have only to look at the complexions of the Shakers, Mormons, and my old mother (she is dead now so her NOW complexion doesn`t count anymore, but it did when she was alive) .... to see the difference!
The skin is softer looking, smoother looking, and full of health!

Warm water is VERY good for the body! The pity is that we do not drink it!

It has nothing, per sé, to do with health ... merely with how our skin looks!

What everyone else says here is correct ....... tis the people and how they behave that dictates a "religion" ... NOT the book.

Sarong is just a piece of material fabric ..... that you can tie round your hips ..and ends just above knees.... very handy thing....... maybe a scarf? .. if its too hot for the blanket..

Packing?... Roll everything up really tight, into rolls. Then you get no crease marks! And then you got lots of tiny niches to stuff extra things into.

There are fats, and fats, and oils and oils .... and the body uses what it needs.

The body, at least an alive one ... maintains a certain temperature ... so nothing really solidifies, per sè, in the guts ..... it just simmers along .. and keeps moving ... till it is expelled.

What DOES cause problems in the guts and body in general is when people injest "poisonous" substances that have no nutritional value, and then only when done repeatedly. These substances usually come in the form of "food" packaged in tins, boxes, and packets, with a "use by" date.

Poisonous substances are also created by the frying of natural foods in un-natural oils and fats.

Of course, drug companies, and their agents, encourage one to not drink fresh water ... tis not in the interests of their bank accounts to do so.

The body expells +- 7 ltrs of water a day ... thru evaporation and operational functions ... drawing extra liquids from less important organs and this de-hydration then sets up a chain reaction of cell-malformation ...... when the body has not enough liquid to cleanse itself.

Extra liquids can be ingested thru fresh fruits and vegetables .. uncooked .... but not many folk do that anyway..... and one day even water will become a "luxury" ... and everyone will be supporting the Cancer Associations.

Just type in Google Blogs ....... and then "create an account" comes up ....... there is stacks of info in their "help" section ... and you go with that.

If he makes a mistake .....he can easily rectify it.... thru their help.

When it comes to his Blog Name ...... tell him to try and keep it as simple as possible. Sometimes the name is "unavailable" cause someone else has it ... then he can add things, till it becomes "available" ... and then it is his!

I sat for hours making simple stupid mistakes one after another ... and then I got it right! But I`m inclined to think in a complicated fashion ... when it is just plain simple!
