RE: money

Actually, I feel like changing my mind.

I would spend it all on me ... except I`d give my kids each a few hundred thousand to keep them quiet and happy... and the rest on ME.

I`d buy myself a cute little house up near the forest far enough away from neighbors so I can play really loud music and bang a djembi ....

And I`d install a huge Jacuzzi in a glass walled outdoor room ......heated for winter, full of exotic plants .... all cared for by a specialist plant person so I dont have to worry about them dying.

And I`d have a beautiful insulated home for some laying hens, and a rooster to keep them happy and make baby chicks ...... and they can all roam around the garden .... with a couple pigs .....and some sheep ....and a cow .....

And a cleaning lady to come swissy clean every now and again .... and a gardener to plant veges and flowers ... so I can just mess around in the garden when I feel like it ....

And the rest of the time ....dunno .. buy a violin and learn to play it ....and a set of drums .... and a new guitar....maybe have a face-lift ........ and generally just enjoy life ....

I love it when extremists get going on their theme songs .....

And you all know what? ...... Someone, somewhere, is laughing at all this collective "intelligence"!

There were some guys who survived by eating the dead flesh of their comrades, simply because they had nothing else to eat. Luckily, and unluckily, depending on your viewpoint ...they had crashed in a frozen mountain area and hit on the idea of the frozen meat lying about the place.

Without the human flesh they would have all died. They managed to walk and find help.

So .. I am wondering .... if there had been some other type of food, like a crate of vegetables, or fruits, or even some bread ..... would they still have survived?

Sunday. Sundays are guilt-free days. Don`t have to do anything to justify my existence.......or give reasons why I am entitled to breath oxygen .....

Wake up at 4am for coffee ... then sleep late .... then a glass of champagne ... then a full fried up breakfast of swiss bacon, fresh farm eggs, fried tomatoes, toast, pot of tea .......

... then go for a drive somewhere and walk around a new area .... find a nice garden pub and drink a beer ..... Home again ... End of day.

I think I am scratching Tunisia off my travel plans, since reading up on it......

Too many innoculations to have ...... I do not like imbibing toxins into my precious flesh.

Too many diseases there.

Not recommended to eat fresh raw salads.

Not recommended to drink the water.... and I cant stand bottled water!

Too much pushy-pushy salesmen at everything and anything you look at.

And for a ONE week holiday I need to travel to the other side of Switzerland to personally apply for a visa .. and I cannot be bothered to do that.... So will stick to EU countries.

There are some subjects that cause arguments, and my Dad taught me never to bring up the subjects of POLITICS and RELIGION ... as everyone has differing opinions and for some reason those subjects bring out the worst in people.......

...... and now I would add WHAT YOU EAT to that list.

I had a lifelong friend ... when we moved to different countries we kept up our communication .... and one day I wrote about me being vegetarian ... and she wrote back that she had never given a thought to what I eat ..... we had never made a fuss about what we ate, we both just ate what we preferred when we went out, or chose to eat at each others homes.

If some want to eat food with blood running out and others want raw vegetables ..... is no big deal!..... you eat what your body asks for, if you have the choice. If you got no choice then you eat whatever is available......! "Self-survival is a VERY strong instinct"!

Ha ... thank you Conrad! It`s a pity he`s SO old ... his words ... to "make it" in the music scene, but he had a bad start in life generally.

Palumpalam IS Garry Jones ... the Chef/Bricklayer!... that is his sites name.

Oh, he actually is more of a whizz on the piano .... and plays most instruments as well. Of course, like all dedicated musicians he has all that complicated machinery to make all the sounds - that he then mixes ...... well, that`s how I understand it anyway.....

You should see him Live in our Kitchen on a Saturday night!... ... especially after a few beers/whiskies....

Here is my Chef ... doing his cover number of Chuck Berrie`s "You never can tell"....

He did ALL the music himself and the singing ..... in his studio in his apartment!

Well, I call him "my Chef" .. but he is just a friend, who cooks when he visits ...he is a qualified Chef ... and Bricklayer .... and just LOVES music and singing!



He`s hoping to complete a CD one of these days .... in the meantime he has to find time to make his music....

The world is FULL of con-artists ... just be very careful yourself!

And .... WHY would she have her purse being carried in the BACK pocket of her boyfriend .......? ....What woman in her right mind, in a strange foreign country, gives her wallet, with all her documents, to someone else to carry for them? .. Women usually carry their stuff in a bag of their own.

Something smells here ...... I would hand her over to her Embassy and let her take it from there.

In the meantime, do not leave her alone in your home, or else lock up all your own valuables!

Just dont want to have you telling us some time next week that you got robbed!

....thanks! Ha ha ha .... I got a Swiss boyfriend ..... and I been living in this place for 5 years .. and if you had asked me before what swiss men were like, I would have told you .... rather go look in Mexico or some place else ....BUT ... hey! there are definitely exceptions to the rules! I found the exception ... now am looking for a warm place to lie on the beach for a week or so......

Dying to meet my 16yr old grand-daughter ...and 22yr old Marine Sergeant, and little fairy of 6yrs old, and her brother of 7. The 16yr old also has a tattoo ... and smokes ......thinks this "new" granny is cool....hahahaaaaa. Well! I am just going to have to make her give up the smoking!.....rather spend the money on more tattoos....

I missed out on the local places due to not having a passport - but I got it now, a bit late in the season, and looking for the next best places to go lie in the sun ....
