She is dreaming about the new jewellery, the auto, the holiday, new clothes ..... lots to dream about!

Switzerland has now closed all it`s borders and does not admit Mobile Homes. The Bones Klinik is due for demolition within the next couple hours. The man who ran it died an untimely death under the wheels of a passing tram approximately now (I just got off the phone).

Hoi Jan ..... well, they all LOOK so squeeky clean, and no-one finishes their glass of wine - except me - and I got the waitress trained......... ...and I am supposed to be - the reason I got invited - a "Senior Citizen who sets an example" to the brats in school .. and I`m not quite sure what "setting an example" is supposed to mean. Does that include setting an example to the teachers? ... or only to the brats?

There were no brats there, so I just walked a middle line, and sort-of behaved myself, in a sort-of way. I did not display my belly ring, or smash any glasses, or sit on anyones lap, except when I re-arranged the roses on the bald mans head and the lady next to him watered them with her wine and then gave him the tablecloth to wear,

Oh, I got given a lovely box of Swiss Chocolates, which I asked if I could exchange for a bicycle chain to go with my new outfit I bought from the Bones Klinik in Zurich, a sort of Gothic type shop, for my next stint at the school - the chain is a classic visual weapon of deterrent when dealing with cheeky kids......

Zulu dances? The Toi-Toi? ...that is called the "Dance for More Pay" ... very popular but only on Home ground!

No, this year I am teaching the Swiss the "Dance for Calling Summer" because Summer seems to have forgotten to call here in CH. We had Winter, and now we got Autumn!

I am off to eat dinner, paid for, FULLY, by the local Gemeinder, as my reward for spending a few hours of my free time - helping the local school teachers to disipline (forgot how to spell that word!) the local brats, I also teach them new swear words in English, Zulu, Xhosa, Pondo, and Fassi (an Arabic tongue) ... and I also teach them how to dance - The Swiss can`t dance, but now they can thanks to ME.

I am hoping to also get a few beers, FREE, out of the coffers!...and then I have to try and ride my bicycle back home while avoiding the Polizei doing an alcohol test on me - tis illegal to ride a bicycle whilst under the influence!

Worse is the fact that they actually did sign it, yet have no scruples or respect for what they signed.

Seems like Big America is going the same direction the worst of 3rd world countries go ......? Sign with one hand, and put money under the counter with the other....?

Well Ray, this is from "The Global Edition of the New York Times" dated Tuesday June 15th 2010.

And it is according to Unicef - Unicef clearly states that fact.

Somali human rights groups and United Nations officials say the government, which relies on assistance from the West to survive, is fielding hundres of children on the front lines.

Child soldiers are deployed across the globe, but the United Nations says the government here (Somalia) is among the most perisistent violators of sending children into war.

Officials also revealed that the U.S. government was helping pay their soldiers, an arrangement U.S. officials confirmed.

Barack Obama, when the issue was raised during his campaign for president, did not disagree. "It is embarrassing to find ourselves in the company of Somalia, a lawless land" he said.

Nein, seriously, you can take your pick of ladies in Africa ... they will be forming long winding queues thru the maize fields to follow your house on wheels in the hope of spending just ONE night in such a fine mobile house, and will be happy to cook for you and do your laundry, and they really don`t need your pension when you die of mushroom poisoning or being clawed over by a Leopard cause they have no need for money.

Actually, you reminding me more and more of an old Italian boyfriend I had once upon a time .........

....He got all magnanimous and took in a friend who escaped from Zimbabwe, and not allowed to open a bank account in SA, this kind Italian gent let his friend use his own bank account......depositing all he possessed in the world, a few hundred thousand Rands (he used to be a real millionaire but with devaluation of the Zim Dollar it came out little enough for him and his family to live on)

.... Well, the friend died .... and the Italian gentleman kept all his "friend`s" money, so the widow and kids got nothing,and the Italian gentleman renovated his own house and took an overseas holiday.

I was very pleased to hear, recently, that he fell out of a tree and has had to use his own last resources to finance leg operations - The Wheel Keeps Turning in Life!

That is what the Love of Money does ....it turns round and bites you in the bum!

"Penny Pinching" really means Spending Money Carefully and Wisely, not being Miserly.

Sometimes, paying for someone else to enjoy something brings its own reward.

Once, back in SA, there was a small movement of people who took great pleasure in "Doing something outrageous and for no reason" ..... and one of the things was, when paying to go thru a Road Toll Booth, to pay for the next car behind one - driving off - and having the secret pleasure of imagining the surprise of that driver ... hahhaaaa ..... One that gave me the greatest pleasure (and gleeful laughs) was paying for a great big luxury Mercedes Benz waiting behind me..... and I was driving a ramshackle pick-up truck!
