No they should be given help and support to deal with the issue. How can someone who puts their life on the line defending peoples rights, loose those rights themselves...such hypocracy
I dont really think anything of it. It is what it is. Peeps have no more control over being disabled than they do hair colour or skin colour.
One of my BFF's lost her leg in a terrible accident. She spent the last decade of her life battling cancer and being confined to wheelchair. It didnt change my love for her one iota. She was who she was and I loved her immensely for it. Her son has cebral Palsy and was BFF's with my daughter growing up. They still keep in touch to this day
Im not someone who believes in "second chances" If it got to the point of ending things then Ive exhausted every avenue at that point. I DID make that mistake with my ex-husband and it was miserable! It only served to confirm my original thought. I wont make that mistake again. Over is over.
I think peeps that keep strings attached to their ex'es are playing games. I would never get involved with someone who had their ex lurking in the background. Good screening tool though
Im not surprised, it makes good sense to me. Look at the American economy. When they were manufacturing things in their country they dominated the word economy. Now after outsourcing to cheaper countries, their economy has gone to hell. Not to mention the whole host of problems that go with outsourcing. Logistics, rising shipping costs, manufacturing standards, Labour laws...etc.
I think outsourcing was a trend that has failed. I believe we will see manufacturing returning more and more to the country of origin, as contracts expire. In the end I think this makes better economic sense and gives more control over standards.
FFS...Its yet another ancient old dude that they are going to dress up in a white dress all the while proclaiming "we are not gay we are not gay uh-uh not us" How is this guy relevant?
It depends on the disability really, Im not into a mental handicap/disorder. No offence but Im not equipped to deal with that. Or something that caused impotency would definately throw a wrench into the works...
