I love to cook but I remember the first year I was single I basically lived on Oreos and Baileys! After awhile I learned to take care of myself and I would make a big pot of something awesome at least once a week. Then I would freeze the leftovers into portions and use it as needed. Slowly but surely I learned to take care of myself and even came to look forward to homey-cooking days.
