I love lots of quotes. But a couple of them I admire a lot either they're signed by anonymous or the author I forgot.
"If there is nothing new under the sun, then we simply have to dream beyond it."
"30 years from now, it wont matter what shoes you wore, how your hair look, or the jeans you bought, what will matter is what you learn and how you use it!"
Now that I look over what I posted earlier in this thread, maybe I should have said in person instead of the real world! Cuz online doesn't stop being the real world! LOl
But people know what I mean. To answer my own question, my answer would be yes! Quite the same.
Some guy message me saying no offense, but my main pic look like a dude wearing too much makeup!
Do I really? I don't think so. Then he continue on to say that another pic on my profile, one with me smiling without makeup, is my best pic. He Told me to lose my main pic and put up that pic cause then I might get more hits! I get enough hits as it is!
I never been so insulted in my life! LOL, I actually laughed at that comment. But I do have a sense of humor and I wasn't that mad.
Now, I see why he's on a dating site, he probably be here for awhile if he keep on making comments like that to women!
LOL So I message him back saying:
Excuse me LOL, Seriously are you joking? Ya know that was that first time anyone ever said that to me! LOL! But I like that picture! But I must admit that is the second time someone told me that the smiling pic is the best one though. Thanks for that comment, I guess.
I don't know if I should laughed at this comment/insult or brush it off. Anyway, since I have a great sense of humor I think I would laugh it off and keep striving!
Everyone knows that old saying, that opposites attract but can they actually live together, happily?
What if you and your insignificant other were the exact opposite? You haven't been together long, but y'all can't agree on anything! The personalities and the choice of activities are complete opposite.
You want to go to the theatre. He wants to see the ball game.
You want Chinese. He wants pizza.
You want to go shopping. He wants to hang out with friends.
He's a conservative. You're the liberal.
You want kids. He don't.
You love the peace and silence. He loves loud noise.
The List goes on, you get the picture!
Can this type of relationship work out and can the two involved be happy?
Well, I received a few pics like that. It's rare though. I mostly received pics from people with or w/o pics. If I'm interested, I usually reply back asking them do they have a pic of their face or a clearer one.
Ever received an email by someone showing their body part, such as chest/private area etc. but without a face?
Does it bother/annoy/interest you, especially if your face is clearly shown and either you cannot see their face clearly enough or you can only see a clear view of their body part?
To the other posters-You're right, to me flowers aren't gay when a guy receive them. I've heard some guys say that it was to them. So I'm assuming, maybe insecurity. Idk.
When it comes to being rejected on here, would you prefer the person you message, reply back telling you, they're not interested or just ignore you, without saying anything?
I prefer their silence. I guess because then their non answer will tell you that they are not interested.
I have heard some people say that they were insulted when they replied back that they was not interested.
I get flowers often-in real life & virtual flowers on CS. But whenever I want to send a guy some flowers after he was nice to me, I usually stop and assume that maybe men will think that flowers seem to be kind of ladylike or gay, or that it might interfere with their macho-ness or something. So I usually I get him some other manly kind of gift or something that's genderless. So is it true, anybody? I think so. I love flowers but I probably wouldn't love them so much, if I were a guy?
Would you stand in line a long time for...
It depends whatever it is to me too. And if it's good.
