RE: does money matter?

HAH that's for sure, you either live under a pier or you have lotsa money in So. Calif.

RE: does money matter?

Money matters. You can't buy love but money matters

RE: To make sure you have a great day.

something worse can always happen, no matter how bad things are, something worse can always happen.

RE: The best thing about being single is....?

I don't have to answer to anyone, things are the way I want them when no one is around to make it all confused.

RE: Let's meat!

I hear only happy cows come from California
I think they are finding magic mushrooms in the fields and eating them!

RE: Are there any signs to tell if the man you are dating is married?

I've never dated a guy who "wears lots of rings"

I do know that gut feeling of thinking he is married or maybe has another g/f. Hard to decide what to do.

RE: True story....

Yes it is funny.

When we lived in San Diego, my older son went to Tijuana to get a clay firepot that I'd been wanting. Someone came by and asked where he was and I said, "He went to Mexico to get that pot"

Could have been misinterpreted by someone overhearing the conversation.

That clay pot made in TJ lasted over four years, until we moved here and I gave it to a neighbor. We had the hottest fires in that pot. I bought one here at Home Depot and it lasted a month, and crumbled under the heat. Now we used a metal one.

RE: Let's meat!

I grilled bison burgers the other day, that's the most exotic I've been lately.

RE: Your pets. How important are they to you?

I have one big cat and a smaller one.

The big one loves those cardboard scratchers found at Target or Wal Mart for $5.00.

A spray bottle of water would work if you spray them when they begin scratching.

Also they sell spray that is supposed to discourge them from scratching on whatever you spray it on.

I LOVE MY CATS!

RE: IS there one way to GOD?

I believe Jesus (Yashua the Messiah) is Son of God.

What do you think cowboy?

Agreeing with me is impossible becaues you don't know what I think, only what the author of what I posted thinks.

Thanks for reading it.

Immigration

Theodore Roosevelt's ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907.

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

RE: Alternative cures, and Natural remedies

So Ibuprophen is bad? That is what they always say to take for fevers, for kids who can't take aspirin. sheesh...

RE: Alternative cures, and Natural remedies

Yes but my ex's new wife is Jewish. She told me how her mother makes the chicken soup.

She boils the crap outta the fresh veggies, for the broth, then she throws them out, and when she makes the final soup, she uses fresh new veggies. They aren's all mushy and all the vitamins were boiled into the new broth.

Also, after she boils the chicken in the water she puts that stock into the fridge. The next day after all the fat has risen to the top, she takes it off, and continues on making the soup.

She never adds bullion.

RE: Alternative cures, and Natural remedies

Crystal Light gives me a wicked headache.

Also

St. Ives vanilla scented lotion makes me physically sick, I was able to trace my nausea and headaches to using that lotion.

RE: Alternative cures, and Natural remedies

Earlier I was watching Discovery Health and caught just the last part. For hundreds of years people in the rainforest have been using natural herbs and leaves for cures and healing.

The only three I caught were:

Kava for calming effect
Quinine for leg cramps (or tonic water)
Cacao for high blood pressure

Wish I'd see more of that program.

I love the relaxing and natural herbal leaves of mj for sore muscles and headaches.

RE: Property Prices

Here they keep talking about the high foreclosure rates.

Banks made too many loans to people who can't make the payments, how sad.
