you need to have a lot of honesty with each other and use skype or google chat. trust goes both ways - you give it and expect it back. once a week is very little to be honest, if he is saying you are the love of his life and he doesn't give a good reason for the small amount of time - it's not enough, if he is just someone you are getting to know it's normal. good luck - LDR's are not the easiest relationships.
