i don't smoke - i have to wear a minimum of SPF15 even in the winter as my skin is is fair and i have already had a an 'incident' regarding precancerous skin cells! you say you live in bahrain - if you are around western women there, they will have the same concerns - to protect their skin. i could just wear a cream but then i would 'shine' and not in the desired way... if i just wear the make up with the SPF required, i look like a
ghost - as imsophie1 says above, men are visual - women have worn make up at least as far back as cleopatra, perhaps it makes us look better/feel better or maybe it just tells a man that we care that much about ourselves. we are basically making the best of what we have.
i have already had a similar conversation like this with 'galaxy15' he wanted to know about red. you can't describe a colour to someone who has always been blind, you can only tell them how the colour makes you feel or what it represents to you.
just saying it like it is, i've been on the receiving end of worse than this and found there is always a way to deal with it while remaining as nice as possible -
you are very fond of saying 'none of your business here aren't you? well as you don't seem to understand 'public forums' let me explain, everything you write here - and that includes everything you ever wrote - is on a public forum - it can be viewed not only by all the members here, but by the general public too. why don't you log out and see - you can still view all that's written here. now as members here both you and i are entitled to make posts stating our opinion for all to see, you with me so far flower? that's you and me and any other member are entitled to do that. the kind of things you are not entitled to do is call people names or make personal nasty comments to them that constitute personal attacks. no one has attacked you here they just gave their opinion of your behaviour. your the one doing the attacking and name calling. have a nice peaceful night..
warm drinks - chicken/sweetcorn soup, hot water bottle/s and a duvet - won't cure you but will make you feel better. if you ever get wet this way again, i believe a hot bath as soon as possible can avoid the chills - though that could be an old wives tale!
you are asking to be kicked off by calling names - so when you come back under another name with no photo and the same attitude don't forget to wash your mouth out first... <------ that's a goodbye
hi ladyblackadder, i came here earlier to say glad you are ok and got sidetracked by the yellow flower being so crass! forgive me please and as i said, glad you are ok. shock can be dreadful from these things.
it shows a certain type of character in a person that they are willing to show a proper up to date picture of themselves. i wouldn't have ever really been interested in someone so unsure of themselves or so scared to put one up. but i understand we are all different and wouldn't all look at this the same way.
we mostly fry at max 375 degrees F so burning happens before 400 so if even i had a budgie hanging in a cage over the cooker, the fumes from the burning food might upset him but the teflon ain't gonna! (that goes for your mother too, her cooking like, not if you had her hanging in a cage - )
RE: what do u like about ireland
yes there is!it sometimes gets out of control and i just can't stop her!
