I could buy another bread machine (maker) but I just dislike trowing things out (yes, I know it can be recycled) but still. Food is important for me and I like to eat well and having fresh fruits/vegetables all year round is wonderful. Regarding to expensive ingredientes I would try them once or twice but not on daily bases, my cooking is more home-like and mostly Mexican and Italian.

It would seem that eating well takes lots of time but it is not the case, it is just a matter of efficient planning, for example I make Salsa and just change the type of peppers and in one event I can have 3 different types of salsa that will last for up to 2 weeks, etc...the inconvenient would be the amount of dishes to do. I used to have a dish washer at home but the Father of my children got the home (my choice). Why not I do install one? just because of the water consumption.

I hope that my posting the images of the food I cook-prepare could motive people that does not much cooking to try to prepare their own food and improve their nourishment.

I used to make my bread in a bread machine but it got a bad scratch with the same spades and to replace the container is close to buy a new one, so I make my bread by hand now.

I have had problems with the battery of my car too.
sometimos, i park in a place where I have to get out from the passengers' side so the alarm for the lights being on does not ring, so the next day I want to start the car, dead battery but a friend of mine has a machine that charges them, so problem fixed and even he brings my battery and place it in my car.

So, in case you need the recharger for the banning of religions he might be willing to lend it to you

and no way i am banning religions I have not enough power

Not having kids might be an empty feeling but there are lots of children than need care/help and just taking care or partially helping a child or an elder people can bring our humanity out.

Thera are plenty on children/elder people and even parents around that need some help/need, no reason to feel doll look closer to you.

That is very expensive!

Last saturday I got:

2 kilos of Poblano pepper (redish) for les than 50 cents dollar.
(people do not like them reddish so their price is low almost to get rid of them)
5 kilos of tomatoes (roma) for less than 2 dollars.
3 kilos onions for les than 1 dollar
etc...

all of the above in season

1 kilo plums (Santa rosa) per 1.5 dollar
(I make jello with this)
and etc...
So, here there is not excuse for not eating well.

I do use some whole grains for cooking and making bread I have never tried spelt.

Now, for you to offer spelt for sale in an international forum is rather non-practical unless that is not your goal.
I mean, how much would it cost to send it from your place to other countries, besides who would want to disclose their personal data?

They will not understand that some people we do disapprove of the terror attacks but we do not hold responsible the whole community of Muslim-Islam people.
