I have been dating some nice men but not found anybody I would want to start a relationship with.
Nor found my ideal dance partner - yet

To all the doubtful: my nephew and niece found their spouses on Internet.

I just had a very nice meal - cooked by me in co-operation with Tesco.
The meal offer for two, 12 euro: 1 main, 1 side, 1 dessert, 1 bottle of wine or alternatively 2 sides and no dessert.
That's enough food for me for 4 meals!! Not bad at all...

If they are so desperate for the drink - even though I would say usually it is the company also - they can take the bike if they have to drive. At least that way the only one getting killed is themselves.

Last movie I've seen in the cinema a few years ago was Coraline in 3D. My friend's 12 year old daughter thought it was a wussy movie but cool, I was a couple of times so terrified that I sank down in my chair and nearly covered my eyes.
I definitely better be careful going to movies

The last I watched on DVD a few months ago was Avatar and I loved it.

I don't have telly.

I wouldn't call it "dating" if I had been out meeting somebody twice.
In my books that would be called "getting to know each other".
I see no reason why I couldn't go out with one or dozen different people, it's nobody's business what I do on my own time.

However if the initial few meets lead to more dates, with regularity and fairly often, then I would be talking about "dating" this guy.
At that stage seeing others would no longer be an option.

Trixie, listen to your own inner self and do whatever YOU feel is right. Nobody else has to live with the decisions you make and nobody else is enjoying the rewards of your decisions. Follow your heart or gut feeling, it's your intuition talking to you.

Considering that the building had never even been inspected for fire security, I consider the officials as guilty as the greedy builders.
Let's see if the residents will sue the state or whichever body was responsible for the quality control of the building and fire safety.

I don't think SAD would hit this early, it usually takes a few months to develop. Bright light lamps or earphones work wonders, no need for expensive vacations in the sun. Well unless you can afford it and want it...





Enjoy the darkness, wrap up warm with a hot drink, watch the fire - even a candle is a fire - cuddle the twilight, take a few deep breaths and collect yourself and your thoughts. Life is good.

I had mine trained long ago, work colleagues as well... bursting out laughing ... giggling silently at my desk... muttering to myself ( I don't sound half as scary as an Italian colleague used to do when he did it)

Luckily I have the dog at home so I have a perfect excuse to talk to myself.

And before the young ones jump into conclusions - this has nothing to do with the age, I've been like this since my teens.

Guys, could you please specify who these "them" are who live their lives by this place?
I mean, I see yourselves posting a lot and obviously spending quite some time here, so would it by any chance be possible that you also are part of this faceless "them"?
