I don't cook roast potatoes, i just peel chop and boil potatoes, and use some salt and pepper that's how i eat them now, if i have them roasted it is if someone else invites me to dinner and i will have them then,, i just use carrots in soup,, ,i had a meal or two in Cambridge too!!
After watching a documentary ,Planet Earth, Rivers , The Nile. Very interesting, which lead onto me looking up about Idi Amin and his brutal term as Uganda's President!
