Yeah , not hard to do,,, Have my phone off all day today & yesterday. Won't be on here much when winter comes either,, have some courses booked. TV will also get a break , and more books read. Easy peasy!
On the contrary, it is the generations that went before them that did most of the damage,, i think most parents today, instill an awareness in their children,, i see very good parenting in this respect a lot . Also very good teaching in the schools, to increase awareness thankfully!
