I was making a list to throw in the bath till you mentioned the Epsom salts making you sweat for hours!

I suffer from hot flushes so they will be a big no no for me.

Don't know if you've done it yet,

but I had to try a couple of times before it worked.

You have to fill in all the boxes and it something
is wrong it tells you in red (like you have been naughty...

)

Make sure you have the title and then your introduction and
then you post it.

Just keep trying, that's what I did.
