Only a true gentleman would apologize like this and although we don't know the circumstances or the individual in question, I feel you've done the right thing by posting this so hope they're reading it. Here's hoping that the person returns and all is forgiven.
Sorta well and sorta not but I'm sure things will get better soon. How's you KB? Yep, old man winter just doesn't want to let go but it won't be too long before we're yapping about how hot it is.
Yeah, it's a bit upsetting when people we've gotten to know so well in the forums just suddenly disappear like that....just wanna know if they're okay yanno?
Oh, I hope you can manage to open the link sometime....too bad you can't see it...sorry Jac. I think his last post on the thread was "Good morning everyone, I will check in later on to see what you have done to make someone smile." dated Friday June 29th. Ah, I tried starting another one not too long ago and it kinda failed. Different times and different peeps now.
His energy lives on in all who have had the pleasure to know him and there is no doubt in my mind that he often "checks in" in his own way...."sparkles" are a wonderful thing.
I'm sure it's far more expensive to send peeps for a colonoscopy than it is to do a simple occult blood test so maybe consider doing that just as a preventive measure and peace of mind. I'm thinking it's the cost factor that has changed the way screening is done here and perhaps screening is good enough.
It's probably best to have the polyps snipped off and sent for testing than to leave it and possible have them turn cancerous later and it's spread to the extent that the prognosis isn't great.
RE: What is your idea of heaven?
Totally agree with you Pete.
