appears the amount was not big enough to bring about a response from you or cause you to think a good friend would be offended if asked to sign an agreement for the loan .... A true friend would have no problem signing such a paper. maybe next time if the amount is higher you'll be more inclined to protect your investment in your friendship.

I've loaned upwards to 5000.00 to friends, inlaws and always theres a signed agreement. nothing fancy an Iou, a payment plan or date and a signature. Friends are a rare commodity and a simple loan as compared to "here take it whenever you can pay it back." will in my experience assure the friendship will endure.
I see IM's like phone calls with caller ID... we have the options to turn it on or off or ignore. many times I'm in the forums and I wind up doing IM's for hours.

Am i for death penalty only if politicians are held to the same standards.
they make the laws, they should be as answerable to them as those they pass the law for....when someone makes a decision and lives are lost and it was proven by a jury of their peers unjustified.
"happiness is fleeting" those that look for a mate for now are often disillusioned later. we all change, some of us will change drastically in the coming years from appearance to lifestyle...even the growing of our children can change our aspect on what we want or need in a partner. income, homelife, social activities all change as we continue our meandering towards our demise form this life.
I f a judge can file a law suit because a dry cleaners lost his troiuser for hundreds of thousands of dollars , and a h9igh priced lawyer can sue because dyed flowers where not an exact color ...this man and relative should by all means file a suit too. if they are smart they'll getr a huge enough settlement where than can afford to eat at a place where a healthy appetite is appreaciated and welcomed.
too many times I've seen people go in them places and only have a single six inch plate of food no one offers them a refund or discount!!!
when these outings occur is the whole group either single or married when you go out with them. or does having a mix of both types make the night out more enjoyable and "social".
We always seem to have at least one married or involved guy in the group and vice versa when I was married.

I'm still unclear on who the actual enemy of our soldiers are.
Do they dwell in D.C and always protect their children from serving as soldiers have we become so blind as to see many who support invasion for whatever PR "rah rah reason" has never seen combat and do everything within their power to assure their children do not serve.
it is my thoughts that for any politician to vote on war and sending our soldiers should have a vested interest in how it is done ( their child will be one of the first assigned there).
Any woman who can remain married after all her husband did is too likely to get in the bed with the devil for votes favors or just because he's hornier than her old man.
I bet she comes out of the closet only after she's elected.

to spend more than the time it takes to be called a "liar" is a waste of your time... unless they presenting facts as to why they addressed you in such an insulting manner. even then its your call whether to listen or not....
Total Honesty is crap, lets consider what makes up honesty.. our own opinion of each situation our own emotional state when we say somethihng... now we are asked to relay/retell this incident or situation to another as how we perceived it.
example of this is a man and a woman watch a fight break out... neither has an axed to grind against the two fighting.... but the honest retelling of events will be greatly different thats not saying the woman is lying nor is the man. but they have given a truthful and honest account of twhat they saw. thats why gossip is so damaging. honesty is someones believed version of what transpired or occurred.which is totally different then being a liar.
Trusting someone and being trusted by someone should always be the more valued gift or prize for anyone.
never been one for long distance relationship in any form. so hours drive would be about the extent I'd go.... but theres always the possibility of extenuating circumstances
