I think some people have a misunderstanding on what a prenup is... muchit s no worse than buying life insurance you do not want to die or get hurt thats not your pprimary goal but when and if it happens hey how many have thanked the stars above for having insurance.?
Ok heres the thought, what influences your drinking and dining out?
first your paying for everything...sorry no date is buying you anything.
secondly the product or meal is the same as any other day.
Do you wait for the day it is a "special" or do you forgo worrying about the $$$ and do what you want when you want.
I've discovered a local place where normally its 2and half for domestic bottled beer and half off on other items...does that make someone a cheapskate or a frugal consumer?
does anyone want ot share a situation where the small print has come back to bite you in the butt...ie contracts, purchase agreements, websites, contests?

When love fills our senses heart nad mind materialistc is never considered.. it's when the love wanes and fades that our snese of future security and sacrifice we hace put ofrth suddenly has a price tag.
I'm of the thinking if I was fortunate enough to have a chance for long lasting love with a woman who "had it all" and loved me as I love he, I would offer to her to sign such an agreement.
When you are in a situation where you have lost once on such a gamble( whose odds you thought where 1000 to 1 in your favor ) then only to be at the end have less than you did 10 years before the marriage took place? Anyone ever hear of common sense? If indeed it is love that she has for me and nothing else then what crime, or insult should she feel because I choose to protect what I worked my entire life for?
No if they want that "contract of marriage to be the proof and the banner to prove our love is real then adding a "prenup" is common sense and really logical.
Of course as always my opinion my differ from the majority here.

Romance is a language. it is intended only for two people to share and learn together. it begins at the sensation of a increased pulse a nervousness when eyes meet or bodys accidentally touch, then into "falling in love" this form of communication continues. On through the sensation of "fallin" the language of romance grows, strengthens, and helps bind. Romance is a form of communication that before our grandfathers time and hopefully after ours that even after 2 have" fell in love" it continues to thrive. The ways and means of romance grow. When their in "In love" ...Ahh, how great when the 2 still maintain the ability to communicate to one another through the language of romanits effects of communicating to one another is still a unique language just those 2 share.
Without the language of romance between 2 individuals communication on all other levels is a mute issue and will not sustain love. Romance in essence is the language and chosen form of communication of love.
Marriage is a contract devised byreligions, countries, governments, nations with this contract comes rules .regulations, stipulations, all of which are a burden not an aide ( only if divorce occurs). yet it is a contract just the same. Witnesses are even deem required for it to be "real .valid" where there witnesses present through out the ritual and trails and tribulations of "falling" ,"fell" and "In love" before the "Contract"?
but if it be the law of the land what choice have we ...maybe place trust in each love for the other. Afterall love does not require a contract to end... However, Divorces need a contract to begin .

Love is and always was intended to be a flexible thing. it is itrust, honesty, integrity, admiration, respect these are the building blocks of a solid foundation with which "Love" can stretch, grow, nourish dreams into reality.

its a rare thing, pretty much unheard of.... when i get alot of folks agreeing with meGotta sort them out some without hurting feelings
