Water before and after drinking. Staying hydrated is key as alcohol is very dehydrating.

I think it comes down to trust. It's OK to share your feelings with only a select few you trust. Online some feel comfortable with it and some don't. Those that do maybe do because in a way they are just strangers and will never really know who they are anyway.

To the extreme, I also think someone can be born emotionally unavailable. I know someone who had a good family upbringing but for some reason he is emotionally dead. He's ignorant, stubborn and very selfish and it's like you're talking to a brick wall all the time. This ruined his marriage and his relationship with his children.

Just go by your intuition. If you feel she's not feeling it don't push it. You don't want to lose a friend if she's that important to you. As my Grandpa told me long ago, there will never be peace on earth. He said war is all about religion.

As long as people have intolerance for people's choice of religion, their ethnicity and greediness over land there will never be peace.

I wish there was no war. But humans never learn.

The troops only kill when they have to. They are trying to kill the Taliban, the very group who planned the Sept. 11 attacks. Don't tell me you're going to say the American Govt. planned it. They had every right to go to Afganistan.

Well when Bush won instead of Gore I was very disappointed. And then when he got reelected, the first thing I said to my Nana was I don't know if I can take him another 4 YEARS! And she didn't know either. He was so bloody annoying. He really got under my skin. Being in Canada we hear about your politics all the time but I guess I would hear it less if I quit watching CNN!

Even though Clinton was a dirt bay and cheated on Hilary, loved him as well. Good President.

I think you better do your home homework! I'm allowed to have my own opinion. Yes many have died......for what! They was no proof. Iraq was invaded because they thought there was WMD and there wasn't any! That's a bunch of propaganda. Iraq isn't much better than it was before. I see you don't have much empathy for those left behind when the troops leave. As I said I'm torn about it. I understand the troops want to come home. I'm not against them coming home. I just feel bad for Iraq and what they will have to deal with when they go.

I said no from the very beginning and a friend disagreed and said we should support the US. I'm glad Canada stayed out of it. I told him we are our own country and do not have to agree with everything the US does. There was no proof of WOMD and nothing was ever found. United Nations would not give the US and England approval and they went in anyway. Now so many are dead but it was good they got Hussein.
