As Slim pointed out, when driving coast to coast it can be a pain trying to find a radio station. With XM, the station doesn't change no matter where you are in the country.
I would think that the person apologizing would feel that they had wronged you in some way and would like your forgiveness. If you didn't ask for the apology, then how can you feel that you were being judgemental?
