My name is Krista and I've been a member of CS for a couple years now, but I haven't really been on much for the past year or so, so I'm out of the swing of things haha. I met my husband on here 2 years ago actually. Feels strange to say that haha. I am originally from Indiana and I moved to Canada to be with Matt.
Being in Canada is wonderful. I love it here. I've just lost touch with many close friends I had from home. And I don't really know many people up here. So I figured that I would get back on CS and see if I can make some friends here haha.. It worked out GREAT for me once before so here I am looking for friends.
I am an american that moved to canada a year ago because I married a canadian.. and like all of you I believed america was fine.. and i now see what the rest of the world sees.. i think americans are doing the best they can.. but socially and economically america is slowly getting worse.. and its the government to blame.. who pay off the media to confuse the american people.. its so sad.. anyways i won't even get started because i could rant a book about this..
to each their own.. everyone is different... and marriage isn't right for some people.. and thats perfectly okay.. I am married (i met my husband on here) and its great.. we're unbelievably happy.. and we're fine with everything that goes into it.. but like i said to each their own
Its been a long hard road, but we finally did it.. matt and i are married.. i'm living in canada w/ him.. we just got home from the honeymoon about a week ago.. everything was beautiful.. i will try and get a picture on here soon from the wedding.. i know i haven't been on here in monthes! haha but it was crazy getting all the details ready for the wedding.. i just wanted to let CS and everyone here know that we found each other on here and we made it happen.. so don't give up!

over a year ago i started talking to Matt on here. I lived in Indiana and he lived in Canada. We spent all hours of the day and night sending emails and messaging each other on Msn. Finally we took it to the phone. our first phone call was over 5 hours long.. well until my phone died haha.. we talked everyday since.. so we decided that we should meet up and we did on May 5, 2006. He made the long drive from Canada to Indiana.. after that amazing weekend it only took him 2 days to book a plane ticket for me to come up there... then i ended spending the summer up there with him. last semester at school i applied to transfer schools to up in canada.. he proposed to me on Nov. 20, 2006 and i said yes.. then i moved up here in january to be with him and we've been planning our wedding this whole time.. now its less than 2 monthes away.. i can't believe its all happening.. i never would have thought that i would end up marrying someone i met online or even live in another country..haha..
