sure I'm half convinced it was built with wattle and daub - duct tape is both strengthening and insulating and a damn sight easier than re plastering ...
I am rubbish at DIY but thanks to a new concise online course - I am now a veritable expert at being handy around the home ...
There are 3 essential tools: duct tape WD40 and a hammer
If something is moving and it shouldn't be, duct tape it. If it isn't moving and it should be, use WD40. If it still doesn't move, hit it with a hammer. If it breaks, tape it back together with the duct tape.
For me John Denver's Country Roads always reminds me of my dad, we heard that album so much as kids and my fave feel good song of all time is "One Way" by The Levellers. Takes me back to some really great times.
Had to go and look at my profile to see what I had down - I've specified the things that would really matter to me and left the rest at "any" . I don't have a picture in my head of how the ideal man should look or act, just a vague belief that I'll know when he comes along
is so much more than sharing spit ! that might be the good bit for some but I leave the gentle caress of lip touching lip, the gentle push and nip of desire .... and bid you all goodnight.
well thank you - I thought it was just me ... besides good whisky just needs more whisky or local bog water in the morning to reactivate it ... why else do you need lemonade?
we were reared on it - the pop man came on Tuesday and it was a special week when we got a bottle of Cherryade - there was only me liked it - 28p a bottle and 5p return ....
It used to be cheese and onion crisps and mars bars together - after a few pints of lager .... did not taste great in the morning .... now it's pears, blue cheese and digestives ... or peanut butter and chilli sauce ... what do you like? not stuff to eat every day but when you do you think "yum" ...
Not for a minute would I ever even consider it but perhaps the guys are going for a fortune favours the brave approach or that it will give them something to talk about on future dates.
but one day you'll be glad you found out. I can't do fairweather friends & I have been stung a couple of times by people I thought I could trust. I find it takes me a good while to trust people but then they tend to be friends for life and those that do you wrong are not really worth thinking about anyway.
RE: last one to view you round two :-)
Hmmmm I'm really not sure ....
