having a tuna salad for (late) lunch just now. Dinner will be a striploin steak done on the griddle pan, with 2 poached eggs, 2 potato waffles and a glass of fresh orange.

That guy, to the best of my knowledge which is limited :) is an accountant who has 9 properties. that house they're at there is worth €2m. They are landlords themselves, and you can be sure if one of their tenants hadn't paid their rent then they'd be doing the same thing and kicking them out.

I stopped 6 or 7 years ago and its by far the best thing I've ever done. After numerous attempts, a booked called KICK IT, STOP SMOKING IN 5 DAYS by Judy Perlmutter was my saving grace.
