Just got through seeing a guy backing his truck up to a fence of a public park throwing a pit bull puppy over the fence and when the puppy landed it's leg had been broken.
People like that should be taken to the highest peak of a mountain and dropped off or dropped into a vat of lye.
But of course the guy will most likely just get a slap on the wrist and have to pay a small find as often happens.
