Don't be afraid to lift your wings
And soar through life each day
Find joy and love and happiness

As you go along your way.

Life is steeped with ups and downs
And troubles not so fun at times,
Chin up high and shoulders back
We meet them one by one.

Don't be afraid when sorrow comes
The answer is quite clear
Get down upon your knees and pray
for an Angel is always near
so please do not fear my dear.

To let go doesn't mean to stop caring,
It means I can't do it for someone else.
To let go is not to cut myself off...
It's the realization that I can't control another...
To let go is not to enable,

but to allow learning from natural consequences.
To let go is to admit powerlessness,
which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try and change or blame another,
I can only change myself.
To let go is not to care for, but to care about.
To let go is not to fix, but to be supportive.
To let go is not to judge,
but to allow another to be a human being.
To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes,
but to allow others to affect their own outcomes.
To let go is not to be protective,
It is to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to deny, but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold, or argue,
but to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires,
but to take each day as it comes and cherish the moment.
To let go is not to criticize and regulate anyone,
but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To let go is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
To let go is to fear less and love more.

Dear Angels,

Every evening as
I'm lying here in bed,
This tiny little prayer

keeps running through my head.

Angels, bless my mom and dad
And bless my dear children
And look out for my brothers and sister
When things aren't looking up.

And Angels, there's one more thing
I wish that you could do
Hope you don't mind my asking
But please bless my computer too.

Now, I know that's an odd request
To bless a computer
But please just listen for a second
While I explain to you, my love's.

You see, that little metal box
Holds more than odds and ends.
Inside those small compartments
Are a hundred of my 'friends'.

I know for sure they like me
By the kindness that they give
And this little scrap of metal
Is how I travel to where they live.

By faith is how I know them
much the same as you
I share in what life brings them
From that our friendship grew.

so please if you dont mind,would you be so kind,
to take an extra minute for me From your duties up above
To bless this scrap of metal
That's filled with so much love!

Have you ever watched kids On a merry-go-round? Or listened to the rain Slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight? Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?

You better slow down. Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last.


Do you run through each day On the fly? When you ask How are you? Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done! Do you lie in your bed

Ever told your child, We'll do it tomorrow? And in your haste, Not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch, Let a good friendship die Cause you never had time To call and say,"Hi"

When you run so fast to get somewhere You miss half the fun of getting there. When you worry and hurry through your day, It is like an unopened gift.... Thrown away.

Life is not a race. Do take it slower Hear the music Before the song is over

May your thoughts be of flowers
May your dreams be of love
May the stars twinkling down on us

be your ever guiding love
May you find hope
in all your fear and fright
May you find love that is only heard
through the whispers of the night
May we love one another
and lose this fight
May we all be equal
in each other's sight
May our tears be kissed away
by hope and of wisdom
Lord give the courage
to give love in all I do
May you love yourself
and others to.

Smiling is infectious,
you catch it like the flu,
When someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too.


I passed around the corner
and someone saw my grin
When he smiled I realized
I'd passed it on to him .

I thought about that smile
then I realized its worth,
A single smile, just like mine
could travel round the earth.

So, if you feel a smile begin,
don't leave it undetected
Let's start an epidemic quick,
and get the world infected!

Whatever our hands touch -
We leave fingerprints!
On walls, on furniture
On doorknobs, dishes, books.
There's no escape.

As we touch we leave our identity.

Wherever I go today
Help me leave heartprints!
Heartprints of compassion
Of understanding and love.

Heartprints of kindness
And genuine concern.
May my heart touch a lonely neighbor
Or a runaway daughter
Or an anxious mother
Or perhaps an aged grandfather.

Send me out today
To leave heartprints.
And if someone should say,
"I felt your touch,"
May they also sense the love
that is deep within my heart.
