HI danny, here it goes, some suggestions:
Pics, try to get them up in a way that the women don't have to cripple their necks - a cropped face shot with a smile works best, the one you have won't be noticed in the "online now" section.
Make your text into sentences and do a spell-check, that makes it easier to read.
You're saying you joined a dating site because you don't have time meeting women - will you have time for a women you meet on here?

I have to agree, I usually go past any profile that has photos posted upside down and sideways....
You seem to feel the lady need to contact you...wrong.
Have a look at the lower boxes with text on your profile. They are confusing...and a spell check would help..
