About me and who I'm looking for

About me: 48yo educated guy who has been around and done a few things. Youthful appearance, behavior and thinking. Still like to have adventures. Ive never smoked or been much of a drinker. Enjoy staying in decent shape. Use to enjoy long distance running(did some marathons, 10ks, and triatholons) but I broke my tibia pretty badly recently so running is out these days. Of course I like quiet times and beaches and all that cliche kind of stuff but first Id really like to find someone intelligent and interesting to talk to. Not desperate for companionship just looking for good company at first. I like to read and write. Like camping and wood working. Love dogs-cats are ok too! What else? Ask me when we meet.

I'm looking for: My ideal match will be intelligent and curious. She will be easy going and still get excited about the simpler "funs" in life. We all have history but any baggage should have been left behind. My match will be able to keep up with me physically. Im not talking "personal trainer" level of fitness, just someone who respects herself enough to stay in "decent" shape. She will also have her own hobbies and interests that may or may not align with mine. She will be her own person who enjoys sharing who she is with me. I will not become the reason for her existance but rather an enhancement to it. She will enjoy and look foward to spending time with me and I with her.
