Well because you state clearly you are looking for a local lady, it would be easiest to research the local female profiles, and send out flowers and messages to those you are interested in. However saying that, I doubt many young ladies in 20-25 age group, have intimate encounter on their profile....or short term.....

Answering the question regarding your photos...I do not find them actually boring, but lacking impact, so maybe you need to focus on that, especially the primary photo...
Full facial, up close and with a smile....would be a start. Niah
