You need some daytime photos that show your face and eyes. The one photo of you at work is good. Women like to see that a guy has a job. However, photos showing your diversity and interests are good too. Like a picture of you golfing, riding a bike, playing cards etc. You need a picture close up of you smiling. Everyone likes a smile and its better if they can see your eyes because your eyes show your humanity and personality.
