take some comments with a grain of salt. number of views has NOTHING to do with it, believe me. Countless people will look at you that do not qualify for what you are looking for. And certain people always respond to these reviews. Perhaps they too are not real people at all, not sure. As for the photo, one of yourself, in color, doing something you like to do is what I would look for. Or even in a natural setting, not one that looks like it came from images somewhere. Make it believable and realistic so that the reader can step into your life for a brief second or two. Good luck.
