I don't really see anything wrong with your profile apart from the fact that you seem to be on the warpath with punctuation That's just what I noticed immediately. Then again, I suppose the type of woman you're looking for probably wouldn't care. Hard to say. I do believe that there aren't too many women who like to hunt, fish and do garage sales, so you have a relatively narrow market there which explains why you don't get so many responses. You did say other interests welcome, but it comes across as a bit half-hearted to me. I wouldn't know how to read that (i.e. are you prepared to share her interests if it cuts into hunting time? do you expect her to give up some of hers and adopt yours?). Just some food for thought :) Good luck.
