Complete noobie to dating sites, looking for constructive criticism and advice

Hi guys, this is my first foray into the world of online dating, so some advice and constructive criticism about my profile and pictures [try not to beat me up about them, please!] would be gratefully accepted.

Which picture do you like best and why? Which is the least attractive to you and why?

I've tried to pitch my profile honestly to give a flavour of my personality and character. I'm certainly not your average woman, in fact the way most women think and behave is a mystery to me and I can't fathom half of what they find important. I feel that it is important to get this across, to save people wasting their time and mine, but at the same time I don't want to come across as hard or aggressive [I'm a really warm and generous person], just secure in myself. I can't cope with needy men and I'm hoping to find someone who reflects and compliments my character, not someone who feels intimidated or overly competitive. Do you have any advice on how I could better achieve this?
