About me:
I'm a transplant to the area, so I'm still getting used to finding my way around and things to do. I've enjoy camping in the mountains, and have spent most of my life taking road trips. I'm fairly tech literate, but not a gadget guy (I'm much more likely to build a computer or fix a broken washing machine than drool over the newest smart phone or drone). I'm a hopeless romantic at heart, so more likely to be interested in movies like Knives Out than Ford v Ferrari.
I lost my wife relatively recently (7 months ago) and I'm just starting to look around again. She was my soul mate, and we loved our time together, but it's over now. I'm not looking for someone to replace her, but being alone all the time is no fun either.
Not sure what else you might want to know, but I'm very much an open book..
I'm honestly hoping to just go out on a date, get to know a person, and have a good time. Nothing more, not looking to hook up, not looking to fall madly in love (but if the right lady came along, it would be wonderful, just not expecting it).
I'm looking for:
Intelligence is a must, and being able to laugh at "dad jokes" would certainly help you put up with me ;-). I'm mostly looking for company to go to dinner and a movie with from time to time, and possibly something more interesting, like camping or other activity, if we get along well.
