Why can't I get a date What am I doing wrong.

I like to chat first to get to know someone and don't come on strong to anyone. Been on this site 2 nearly 3 years and can't get a date, not even a meeting for coffee.
I know most females looking for handsome, hunky and attractive guys and don't say there not as in the time been here had no female take or shown any interest and make all kind of excuses not to meet or chat. Chatted to two females for about 3months got on well one day I ask to meet for , the day before due to meet, she said had met someone else on site few days and had a date. I ask for a reason I was blocked, this is the response I always get and haven't chats to anyone in 6monthhs.
Loosing faith in the site as it's only for females to meet men and if a guy not up to a standard just forget it.
