About me and who I'm looking for
About me: I am hardworking, honest and looking for a fun connection, and what ever follows from that can't be bad!I am a dedicated "foodie", although to my great shame I can't really cook to save myself! My specialty tends to include, box, tin and pre packaged!! So I love to eat out... working on a serious addiction to pizza and any spicy food. I love going out and having a great night with friends - but my job means that I typically spend more time indoors that I probably should.
I do have visible tattoos (Classy though! No half naked men or weird butterflies!), that I love and am very proud of... But if it's not your thing...
I have four grown children that I adore, and don't mind if you have and adore your own!

I read your question and its a good question. I'm 40 with my kids 50/50 time and custody. I too have been on a handful of different sights and had the same results. One wanted a one way ticket from Africa and others had ultimately ended the same way.
I want to encourage you to stick to your goals and don't settle! and don't give to much info or picture's on your profile. I would respect you enough to get to know you before I need more personal info. I think others should consider that also.

You have the same problem many women face on online dating sites, especially the free sites. You may wish to use a paid for site as it will keep some at bay if they cannot affort to pay for the membership.
If you want to use free sites,try to find one with a large user base in your area. Or try a few ones and decide which works best for you.
On this site, you could be more proactive and writing to the men with interesting profiles.
Single parents have a hard time as it limits to options for moving and some men may prefer to start a family.
