About me and who I'm looking for

About me: I have 2 kids 13 & 14. I'm only a term paper, comp exam, and a language requirement away from finishing my MA in English Creative Writing. I served almost 7 yrs in the army and I'm proud of it. I'm open-minded and i speak my mind. I've been accused of being out-going, outspoken, with a good sense of humor. Romantic who likes to give and receive affection freely. practical and realistic but I do indulge myself sometimes. I'm low maint. materialIy but I love just being around the person I'm with. I can get along on my own just fine though. Cooking, exploring new places and activities, writing, various crafts, drawing, reading. I like being near bodies of water or mountains, just beautiful places outside. When it's nice out, I like to go fishing, and camping, and exploring nature. I like to watch movies, hanging out with friends, and occasionally chilling at my house and doing nothing. I like to make my man happy in anyway I can. If that man happens to live elsewhere, I would be willing to relocate for the right person.

Some of my biggest pet peeves are: squished bread, and sloppily made sandwiches and burgers at chain restaurants that look noting like the ones in the pictures they advertise. People that post negative things about others or scripture verses or any other comments relating to their religion in their facebook statuses.

Some of my turn-offs are: bad kissers, ARROGANCE, flakes, bad listeners, and people with no ambition in life. Some turn-ons are: roses, thoughtfulness, spooning, hugs like they mean it, flirting, naughty emails or texts throughout the day. I like to make others smile and I would bend over backward for my friends and family.

I'm looking for: He must be tall (preferably between 5'8 and 6'3, but height isn't a deal breaker) and handsome with a medium build. He must give affection freely, like to be out and about, but is also comfortable staying at home and snuggling and/or being lazy once in a while. Someone who can carry on a conversation and has a wide range of knowledge and interests. He must get along with my children and my cats. A non-violent, laid back man but would stand up for me when someone disrespects me. He should be gentlemanly and know how to treat his woman right. He must be handy around the house and not afraid to get dirty. An open-minded man who doesn't put down or speak ill of others. He must be willing to explore the possibilities, try new things. Give compliments freely and flirts with me often. There's probably more but this is it for now.
