The best picture is the third picture, it gives a fuller view of your face. The one you have for the main profile has the top of your head cut off. You would be better off having a friend or family member take a picture of you. Get a picture of you smiling (show some teeth) or laughing. Picture of you doing a hobby. You have to sell yourself, so you stand out from the rest. Good Luck with your search.
