what a girl wants from a man?

I can not understand what a girl wants from a man.I could not find reason,why the girls aged between 18 to 26 don't give their attention to me.Is the reason that I am an Asian or my profile is not able to attract the attention of girls.Even I am very honest in my profile but not getting much response.
