Your profile is very good. I don't see anything wrong with it. Nothing was a turn-off. You seem approachable and you are also very attractive. I know that I prefer for the man to initiate contact. However, if you want women to contact you if they like your profile, maybe include something that shows you would answer their emails. It sounds silly, but I find it makes a man seem more approachable.
