I would be extremely upset if someone posted my photograph on a dating website. Did you get permission from that large group to do so?

As to the arrogance, perhaps yes. A picture of your 20 or so closest friends seems to indicate you that want people to know that you are buds with a lot of people. Apologies for appearing harsh but the group photograph has somehow rubbed me the wrong way. You are probably a nice person otherwise.

You work in a daycare so you must know that a smile goes a long way in making someone appear approachable. A picture of you smiling would likely help.

It looks like you have a receding hairline. With a man who shaves, one can see the difference between the shaved area (slightly darker) and the bald area (shiny and smooth as a baby's bum).

So I think a thick curly mop in the parts where you head sustains hair growth would look a bit odd combined with the bald shiny points.

So.......the shaved bald look is likely your better option of the two.

And the picture....You are standing in the shower wearing a red winter hat. Maybe you should work on that a bit.

Gorgeous pictures. You look very pretty. Just one word of advise, try to only communicate with people who are in your immediate area and whom you realistically can meet. Only saying - as there can be people here who will try and play deceitful games with you. No more pictures are needed. And don't put too much personal information about yourself out there. That can be exchanged later if you meet someone for real. I wish you lots and lots of luck.

My first reaction is that you are too overweight to show such a picture. Cover up a little. Act your age.
